Nanette was wonderful to work with and the wake and service were handled perfectly.
They have taken care of several family members most important my MOTHER. Very sensitive to the emotional trauma of the final arrangements of your loved ones. Making my own arrangements with them so my family doesn't have to do this when my time comes.

This place is so old, horrible and the people there aren't worth your time. There are so many better funeral homes in lake county. I would never choose this place. Horrible customer service. They don't answer the phones! DON'T GO! SO OUTDATED!
