Olive Garden is an amazing Italian restaurant that has food that will blow you away! The food is fresh, tasty, and tossed with homemade sauce, Juices that sizzle in your mouth, you can wash down your food with some homemade oranges that they provide to you, or have any drink of your choice. On top of that its a beautiful establishment filled with beautiful scenery of "Italy" that still makes you feel at home. They have seats that will make you feel comfortable as you Feast on your meal, and nice couches for you to sit in as your weight for your table to be called. Although the couches in the waiting room are fairly comfortable, the waiting room is normally packed here, making you wait around 30 minutes for a table. It takes a very long time for the customers to receive a table, but of course it would take a long time because there are many customers that enjoy having a meal at this restaurant other place is normally packed, but if you manage to wait as long as they need you to, they will reward you it was an amazing treat! Their food. Olive Garden is an amazing Italian restaurant, with amazing food and scenery in the restaurant. Although the waiting room is full, it is a sacrifice that you must be willing to take. Highly recommend going to Olive Garden for a family reunion or a date, the employees here I'll make sure but you enjoy your visit as they are the most friendly waiters you'll ever meet. You won't regret spending your time and your money here.

The quality of this restaurant has gone down quite a bit over the past few years. Although Olive Garden tries to remain competitive with all the competition in the Gurnee area by offering varying menu choices, I am not impressed at all and today will be my absolute last time at this location. Every time I’ve been there, gnats and flies are constantly flying around the food, the carpet stinks like wet, smelly mildew making the dining experience difficult to sit through. The wait staff for the most part are okay. My husband ordered a pasta dish, not knowing it had pork in it and our waitress took forever to come back and check on us. My daughter and I were finished with our meal, while my husband just sat there without eating. Luckily, another waiter asked if we were okay, which we were not. Olive Garden, there are way too many choices available so I suggest you get it together to avoid continuing to lose customers like the three you lost today.
The usual chain restaurant experience! Our server was super attentive and the food was the right temperature and tasty! A nice dining experience!
We were a party of 6 on a very busy Veterans Day. Staff knocked themselves out to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Even the manager stopped by to say "hi". Service was excellent, meals were hot, bread sticks warm & fresh and the salad crispy cold. Overall a great experience!
